School Closure Updates

If there is a change to the daily schedule, you will be notified via Brightwheel.

In the event of inclement weather, the school may:

• Close for the full day

• Implement a one- or two-hour delayed start

• Announce an early closure

For delayed starts, your child’s drop-off time will be adjusted by one or two hours accordingly (see table below). Dismissal times will remain the same, unless an early closure is announced.

We will communicate all delays or closures through Brightwheel and local news station WFMZ (via their website, TV, and radio).

Delayed Start Schedules:

One-hour delay

Morning session: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
Full day session: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
Extended session: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm

two-hour delay

Morning session: 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
Full day session: 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
Extended session: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
